| Mad River Lifts is a ski lift installation

used equipment. Mad River also offers lift brokerage services. My
responsibilities include marketing, project management, concrete foundation
installation, steel erection, load test participation and resort liaison
functions. New installations have included Leitner, Doppelmayr, POMA
and Garaventa-CTEC equipment. Removals and reinstallations have included
POMA, POMA-HERON, Riblet and Mueller. Our 2001 projects included removal
of a POMA-HERON double chair at Arapahoe Basin, Colorado and the installation
of Riblet double chair and a Riblet triple chair at Granite Peak,
Wisconsin. |

Leitner, of Sterzing, Italy, is the largest and foremost manufacturer
and installer of ropeway transportation systems in the world. In
1998 Leitner built over 70 cable transportation systems of various
configurations — primarily ski lifts.

Responsible for marketing activities in the Eastern United States
including resort liaison, equipment demonstration, proposal development
and presentation.
Construction Supervisor
Installed lifts on a turnkey basis including surveying, excavation,
concrete forming and pouring, mechanical assembly of drive and return
stations and towers (done mainly by helicopter). Responsible for
hiring staff, training, purchasing, resort liaison, and load testing
of the lift.
Projects:
- Ski Louise in Lake Louise, Alberta — removed and re-installed
a Mueller lift and installed a 5,000 ft detachable quad.
- Fernie, British Columbia — completed two lifts: a detachable
and a fixed grip.

mechanical assembly of components, load tests and interface with resort
management. In 1996, responsible for the installation of two detachable
quads at the Wolf Mountain Resort, all in Park City, Utah. Also worked
on a gondola project in Telluride, Colorado and a fixed grip quad

lift upgrades at Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont. Responsibilities
included carpentry supervision, reinforcing steel construction, high
volume concrete pours and hiring personnel. Much of the work was preformed
in remote, inaccessible areas, using a helicopter. Installed three
Doppelmayr detachable quads and one quad fixed grip. Relocated a POMA
detachable and a POMA fixed grip. |

| North American, the parent of NADC
Development Corporation, was a public company involved in real estate
development, construction and real estate, and wholesale building
products distribution. Sales volume was $45 million per year. In April
1974, North American made public its intention to divest itself of
all real estate and construction subsidiaries. I was heavily involved
in the operation of NADC Development Corp., Noram Construction Co.,
Inc. and Urban Mortgage Associates, Inc. Activities and responsibilities
included completing all projects under construction by Noram Construction,
selling mortgages held by Urban Mortgage Associates to Federal National
Mortgage Associations (a Quasi Public Lender), completing all projects
under development by North American, including both subsidized and
conventional housing and cash management for all three of the corporations
to be discontinued. In addition, I continued to oversee the operation
of rental for a number of limited partnerships, which have been syndicated
by North American Development through its general partner subsidiaries. |

Development. Responsible for all financial activities of thirteen

NADC Development Corporation. NADC, with sales of 14 million dollars,
operated in five major cities.
Responsibilities: financial reporting, performing feasibility

Developed and implemented a number of Municipal Management Improvement
Programs designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of
municipalities throughout New England. These Municipal Management
Improvement Project applications were implemented in a number of
Massachusetts' municipalities as a trial group. Municipal applications
development included: Purchasing, Encumbrance Accounting, Asset
Control and Personnel Administration. Efforts associated with this
program included system development documentation, user training
and presentations to municipal leaders and members of the project
Advisory Group.
Developed a Budgetary and Expenditure Analysis System to be used
by institutions to determe reimbursement monies due from the Federal
Government as a result of providing specified social services referenced
in the Social Security Act of 1968. Worked with a number of government
agencies and institutions to determine financial and client data
collection and summarization requirements.
Developed an internal cost control system to determine project
and corporate information. Also responsible for corporate marketing
activities, including presentations to a number of state agencies
and municipalities.
